100 Good Reasons For Buying From Boomerang Cars

Buying a vehicle from Boomerang Cars means getting a lot more than just something to drive. In addition to providing you with friendly assistance in finding the right vehicle, we will help you with all administrative issues and give you essential advice on the particularities of driving in Australia. Our mission is not to just bring you onto the road, but to make you survive on it. Below, we have listed some of the benefits you get from buying from us.

  - mechanical check-ups
- friendly help with paperwork
- essential information

#1 Value For Money

South Australia is one of the only states in Australia that has no vehicle roadworthiness checks (Pink slip), MOT or inspections.

Furthermore, we are the only state that offers registration on your vehicles for 3, 6, 9 or 12 months at approx. AUD$150 per quarter.

Our goods and services tax is only 10%.

Sydney is our "New York", "London" or "Berlin". Everything is expensive there, including vehicles, registration and insurance.

At Boomerang Cars we can beat interstate prices up to 50% and we can even offer you a buy-back arrangement, so that you do not have to worry about selling the vehicle when you leave.

#2 Mechanical Check

All vehicles sold at Boomerang Cars are thoroughly checked and repaired if necessary. The free check-up covers the engine, cooling system, fuel and exhaust system, steering, front and rear suspension, brakes, transmission, gear box, drive line, tyres and wheels, body and accessoires, lights and the electrical system. The completed checklist is available for each vehicle. Our goal is to make your journey as free of hassle as possible.

#3 Tips & Tricks

A short extract from our two-page checklist:
  • If you are a member of a motorists' association (e.g. AA, ADAC, ANWB, NAF, OAMTC, TCS,...), bring your membership card!
  • Bring an international driver's license along with your national one.
  • Speed cameras are everywhere - so keep to the limit: 60km/h in the city and 100-110km/hr on open roads (Outback) unless otherwise signposted.
  • Driving at night is dangerous, because of kangaroos and cattle on the road.
  • Carry spare water, fuel, oil and parts on all trips!
  • Beware of snakes and spiders.
